Week 1: Introductions, Foundations + Frequency Locking
→ Meet and greet time with introductions, learn the foundations of what remote viewing is, how it works, why we do it, and how it can serve you in your daily life. 
 
Week 2: Sensory Awareness + Signal Calibration
→ Learn how your body, emotions, and intuition process field data. Work with symbolic and literal signals, and track your intuitive yes. Learn how to shift into right-brain perception. Includes “The Constant” method to activate your viewing state along with calibrating your brain hemispheres unique to you for when you remote view.
 
Week 3: Structure vs Flow: Ideograms & AOL's
→ Explore ideograms, sketching, and sensory logging alongside intuitive translation. Learn to separate data from imagination by learning about AOL's. 
 
Week 4: Quantum Targets + Time Travel
→ Practice viewing across timelines, locations, and non-linear events. Introduction to retrocausality and resonance-based access.
 
Week 5: Medical & Energetic Remote Viewing
→ Learn the basics of scanning energetic fields and health signatures using MRV techniques. Emphasis on ethics, interpretation, and symbolic body data.
 
Week 6: Integration + Advanced Practice
